1 ½ pounds cooked ham (like a ham steak)
1 hard-boiled egg, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1-2 T. Diced Onion
1 T. minced pickle or Quick Pickle Relish
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
pepper to taste
Put the ham, celery, and onion into a blender or food processor.
Pulse, short, quick pulses, to mince. Scrape down the sides of the food processor to make sure it all gets combined evenly.
Combine with the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
Cover and chill.
Serve on rolls, biscuits, or crackers.
*This ham salad is perfect for that leftover holiday ham.
